How We Do It

Our strategy is guided by three strategic goals – our three core pillars.

Support

We maintain a stable funding base through the commitment to government grants, sponsorship, and membership growth. IMCN continues to expand its role as a convener and leading voice for equitable access to business development, employment, and training opportunities for Indigenous Peoples.

Connect

We strengthen relationships and increase engagement with current and potential members through in-person events and improved online platforms that foster collaboration and networking.

Build

We collect, develop and share valuable resources, and support professional and business development that strengthens member capacity. This includes promoting best practices and creating opportunities to connect with peers, mentors, and industry partners.
