In 2023, there are 2 open positions on the Board of Directors. These positions will be for a two-year term.

Travel costs are the responsibility of the Director. There are approximately six Board meetings annually. Options for meetings will be both virtual and in-person as we want to accommodate the needs of all candidates. We will do our best to schedule board meetings around IMCN events.

  • I am aware of the role and responsibilities of a Director of the Indigenous Manufacturing and Contracting Network and agree to perform such duties if elected.
  • I understand and fully endorse the vision and mission of the Indigenous Manufacturing and Contracting Network Inc.
  • I have read the Bylaws of the Association and agree to abide by them.
  • I commit to attend a minimum of 75% of the annual scheduled Board meetings.
  • Participation on committees/task forces and attendance at events are also part of the role.
  • My company is a current member of the Indigenous Manufacturing and Contracting Network Inc.
