• I am aware of the role and responsibilities of a Director of the Indigenous Manufacturing and Contracting Network and agree to perform such duties if elected.
• I understand and fully endorse the vision and mission of the Indigenous Manufacturing and Contracting Network Inc.
• I have read the Bylaws of the Association and agree to abide by them.
• I commit to attend a minimum of 75% of the annual scheduled Board meetings.
• Participation on committees/task forces and attendance at events are also part of the role.
• My company is a current member of the Indigenous Manufacturing and Contracting Network Inc.
