Harley Camsell

Executive Director

Harley began his career in supply chain management in 2006 and earned his Certificate in Purchasing from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) in 2008. Since then, he has held a variety of leadership roles across both large corporations and small businesses, focusing on organizational growth, strategic development, and building strong industry partnerships.
A strong advocate for Indigenous economic participation, Harley played a key role in developing partnerships that created employment opportunities for First Nations communities, supported Indigenous businesses, and fostered meaningful engagement between industry and Indigenous organizations. His work has helped generate lasting economic benefits through workforce development, procurement opportunities, and community investment.
Harley has been actively involved with Supply Chain Canada for many years, including serving as a Director on the national board. He currently serves as Chair of the Saskatchewan Institute.
As Executive Director of IMCN, Harley brings extensive experience in supply chain management, business development, and Indigenous engagement, helping advance opportunities and connections for Indigenous businesses across Canada.
Outside of work, Harley enjoys spending time at his cabin with family, as well as golfing and fishing when time allows.
